Upload schedule
Project delays
What is "slip"? Slip = number of days a milestone has
moved. It is current finish date − reference finish date.
A positive value means it finishes later (delayed), 0 means on track,
a negative value means earlier (ahead).
Part A — Compared to the baseline (the first schedule uploaded)
| Milestone | Category | Baseline finish | Current finish | Slip (days) | Status | Payment % |
|---|
Red rows = delayed, green = ahead of schedule. Slip here is measured against the baseline.
Part B — Compared to last week (the previous schedule)
Only one schedule uploaded so far, so there is nothing to compare week over
week yet. Upload the next weekly schedule to see what changed since last week.
| Milestone | Change vs last week (days) | Total slip vs baseline (days) |
|---|
"Change vs last week" shows what moved since the previous schedule. A positive number means it slipped further this week.

Deleting a schedule recalculates the delays for the remaining uploads.
